Totally depends upon the severity. MS can be pretty benign for some patients but
Totally disabling for others. AD...happy or angry dementia? I'd probably go with AD. Parkinson's can be rough due to gait issues and hallucinations, plus the dementia component comes in as well. Really long disease compared to the others.
