First you’re going to have to prove that there are damages.. not hypotheticals
So yeah if in 6-12 months if she truly has lost function or permanent damage In her arm than having a prelim review of the initial workup and review of the images may seem reasonable to see if the standard of care was not upheld.

I highly doubt it will cause any permanent damage but guess you’ll see soon enough

On the outside I highly doubt it’s worth the time and I bet the elbow fracture will heal fine.
