It’s weird they sent her to a different hospital. Even the most basic free standing ER can CT and Xray someone who
passed out and fell.
Seems more sus from an EMTALA than a med mal standpoint to me.
Like was said above, you have to prove damages. Then you have to prove that either the xray wasn’t done of the area or if it was done, that the fracture was missed on the read.
