semaglutide is a very effective appetite suppressant. I imagine doctors explain
that to patients.

I'm a thin guy because I want to be thin and think about my weight before I ever eat anything. For some people, however, it's not so easy. They can't resist 32 ounce soft drinks or whatever the current oversized quantity is.
I can.

If a lady is 5'6 and weighs 250 pounds, semalglutide is probably a great option to shed weight.
It's an easier path to get a reset from obesity.

If the user of the medication is unable to resist overconsuming calories without the drug, the weight will return once use of the drug ends.

Exercise and weight loss are less related than many people think it is.
If you want to lose weight, eat less.
If you want to get in shape, exercise.

If a person barely eats throughout a day, of course things like muscle mass will be effective. Severly obese people probably don't mind the tradeoff.
