Our genetics weren’t made to match up with today’s modern diet. Personal responsibility is a thing, but things like satiety are different for different people. That was out of our control until these drugs came along. Some people wanna give themselves a medal because they don’t crave food, which I find funny. It’s the same reason why some people drink alcohol and become alcoholics and some don’t. It’s genetic.
