We could all go to a random park right now and suggest problems to random parents. Or go to our kids ballgames and point out all the idiosyncrasies of each child and what they may suggest. We might even be right. But we would be very rude in doing so. That's all that's being stated here. I can't imagine going to a ball game tonight and telling the parent next to me who I don't even really know that well, "hey I saw your kid biting his nails in right field, and when he walked to home plate I saw him on his toes for a bit, he may have autism." That's just not tactful conversation, whether I'm right or I'm wrong.
