I've seen the slowing with my business as well. Marketing is usually the first
thing cut when the economy goes south. We were super busy... until March. Suddenly, almost all of our clients have drastically slowed their advertising and marketing... at the same time. I've only seen this in 2001 (4 month prior to 9/11), 2008, 2010 and 2020.

Then why in the last month are the prices of most the houses we are looking at in Utah dropping like a rock?
