I think it's really scary for the markets like Austin and some in Florida
They already have rapidly expanding inventory. Another leg up in supply would be rough.
The usual suspects like phoenix and Vegas probably take a mild dip at the very least. Utah is a total mystery and a coin flip. All comes down to if the local job market can stay strong. City Creek development was huge in helping Utah absorb some of the 08 hit. Maybe Ryan's downtown development will be this time around.
