If learning of her dual sexuality makes her
question her gender than her being raised as a female wouldn't seem to matter in her ultimate gender decision IMO. If she than concludes that she recognized that she was somehow different and felt like a man in an outwardly appearing female body than perhaps she chooses to become a man. However if she is not confused by learning of this than she would and should be considered a female IMO.
