and I can see where you are coming from. I am not trying to defend Utah fans behaving badly. There are many segments of our fan base that I wish would go away, particlarly those who feel that a ticket to an event is a license to do whatever or say whatever they want.

I have been a huge advocate of the stadium and athletic department taking the measures that they have been trying to take such as searching bags prior to entrance, not allowing for re-entry (this was done to keep fans from going to the parking lot to drink and coming back in the game) increased security cameras and a text number and phone hotline that is given on the screen to report bad behavior that they will actually investigate.

Any of these forms of behavior are without excuse, bottom line.

With that qualifier in mind, if the treatment is that bad (and it very well may be) I don't think I would want to go to a place where I would be treated like that.
