talked a lot about missions. And the comment was it is a Priesthood responsibility to go on a mission and Heavenly Father commands all worthy and able young men to go. Its just shocks me especially after the general conference that we just listened to, that young men, such as Ricky, would still decide to disobey Heavenly Father and shun their Priesthood responsibility and not serve a mission.
