Referencing 2001 when we were No. 8 and the BCS said nay
Under todays standards, that no 8 ranking would have got us in. BYU paved the way.
In 1996 when we were no. 5, we also should have got in, but the system had held us out too. This created a more fair BCS system.
BYU would have busted the BCS years before Utah, you can thank us for that one.
