But the past 5 years many of the talking head on ESPN, CBS, NBC etc... have ranked the Pac-12 higher as football conference then the Big 12. Not all, maybe not even a majority, but there were quite a few.

The computer ratings the Pac almost always finishes higher.

And that really does not matter.

If BYU had a choice between the Pac and Big 12, they would choose the Pac every time.

Better location, stability, money, and by far the best all around sports conference in the country.

There is a reason why guys like Wilner made fun of the Oklahoma State president for saying Utah was an expansion target. Because there is not a prayer that Utah would look twice at the Big 12 now.
