I don't believe anyone is leaving the ACC
I seriously doubt Clemson has any interest in the Big 12, and Miami and FSU certainly don't. Clemson would love to join the SEC, but not the Big 12.
The only candidates for the BIg 12 are BYU, Louisville and maybe a couple other Big East teams. The B12 doesn't need lower tier ACC schools like Clemson, and Miami and FSU are better fits for the ACC.
