Full inter-league play by 2017

By 2017, ever Pac 12 teams will play a home-and-home series with a Big Ten team because 2016 is the last year that teams from both conferences would end contractural agreements with schools outside the two conferences. It alluded that the OOC shedules of some teams would permit an earlier start.
