Don't see PAC 12 stickers anywhere else...

I'm from Oregon, and I've never seen PAC 12 stickers on vehicles of either Oregon or Oregon State fans. But here, I see just PAC 12 stickers that are red, with no other Utah stickers...as if the only thing they are proud of is the conference. Or it's just a rub in our faces. Either way, should there be more love for the school than the conference? Is this the same thing in Colorado?
