You should probably ask what she wants you to do more. After 5 years she

should know what ticks your clock and is meaningful to you.

Maybe she's just trying to see if this prompts you having an "oh, maybe I should do the same for her" moment because there is something you are completely missing on for her that she feels she can't/won't come right out and say.
