If he's not currently ready to coach against other FBS schools, I'd rather
he outwork, out-research, and out-prepare others while learning at a different school. If he becomes ready to coach at BYU at that point, then I'll gladly welcome him back.
I appreciate what Bronco is talking about from a personal growth perspective for Howell, and I don't have anything against Howell personally, but if he's not ready, he shouldn't be the DC at BYU. The end.
