I got a parking ticket from a city about 75 min from my house and I had never even driven my vehicle anywhere near where the "violation" occurred. I ended up having to pay the ticket as there was no way around it. Some officer likely wrote down an incorrect license plate number and it happened to be mine. I later changed my license plate number just in case someone had identical plates as mine. Stuff like that happens.
