The conference doesn't have a long-term vision. Not getting a conference TV network was a huge mistake.

The Big 12 is getting hurt by having Texas run the show. It was very smart of CU, Nebraska, aTm, and Mizzou to get out. They are each in much better situations. If the Big 12 can't get a commissioner that is willing to take charge, then I'd be looking to get out.

If I were OU, I would be talking with OSU to put out feelers with the B1G and SEC.
