I'm sure it's not the cables. I inspected them thoroughly, and there aren't any

issues. Also, the battery back charges to the alternator through the cables just fine. If that's happening, which it is, the electrons will flow in the other direction just fine as well. The issue is I'm getting zero voltage out of the alternator itself. Out of the brand new alternator.

Did you check the voltage at idle? If so check again at 2000-2500 RPM.
