I think so. The belt is definitely fine. The tensioner feels like it has
Plenty of spring. I had to put an extension bar on my 1/2 inch drive ratchet to move it and release the belt tension safely. I almost broke a finger trying to hold it and get the belt off the alternator pulley with just the ratchet itself.
