Ball budgets are filled? Those sports bring in way more revenue than they expend operationally and although I could be mistaken, we see many of those P5 schools with upgraded athletic facilities for those core sports, their olympic sports (endowments and private donors help as well) and the salaries of other WVB coaches have been posted in the thread and they are greater than many lower G5 coaches of FB and Basketball.

I have a hard time believing that P5 revenue for fball and basketball don't have an effect on other sports in the AD department of those schools when the budgets are made. I think a perusal of those budgets at P5 schools would probably bear that out.
