Considering the retention in the WCC of elite coaches with big time success in
both volleyball and soccer, I would assume so.
Men's volleyball is another example. Many of the top coaches are not at P5 schools.
Men's CC is another example. For the last 2 years, the top 3 in the nation have been a Big Sky school, and two WCC schools. None of those coaches have gone anywhere.
Salaries in most sports haven't spiraled drastically upwards as football salaries have.
