Is millennial more of a state of mind, or age bracket?
Assuming she graduated at 21 and has worked 20 years that would make her 41. Which is squarely in the Gen X bracket.
But the question of whether millennial is a state of mind/style of life or generation has been a question I’ve thought about on occasion.
It seems like she’s living what some would call the millennial lifestyle.
