a HS teacher and doesn't have a penny to her name. She still drives a 2001 Ford Focus that my parents bought her when she graduated from BYU. She never bought a house and she moved in with my dad a few years ago and she told me her only monthly bill is her phone bill. She spends every dime she earns on international trips. She usually travels to Europe or Asia 3-4 times a year, I can't imagine how much those trips cost. She's banking on being able to live off her CA teacher's pension after she retires in 6 years or so.
