Ok. So put simply you’re saying that you recommend the half squats to people who
currently in that exact moment have knee pain as a way for them to start strengthening the quad without further aggravating the knee? Am I getting that right? That makes enough sense to me.

So here’s my question though. There’s a lot of dudes out there who’ve squatted sometime in the past (probably incorrectly) and said it hurt their knees and so now they just don’t do squats. Even though their knees atm feel fine. You wouldn’t recommend half squats as some kind of long term solution right?
