time with this kind of nonsense.  Why do they ignore people entering blocked intersections and causing gridlock?  How about those morons who chuck the snow out of their own driveways into a clean/plowed street causing ice patches to form?  What about patrolling neighborhoods and parking lots to discourage theft or assault, is that not a useful task?

I could on and on about things that are bigger problems than going 5 over, that never get the attention of police.
