Electronic speed limit signs. This is really only an issue during bad weather
during good weather there is no problem but in bad weather the speed limit needs to drop more than 30 mph. Easy solution: electronic speed limit signs that truly reduce the speed limit on bad weather days.

Good luck with that. Write people for 1-5 over and they'll be able to fight that ticket. That's in the MOE of the radar.
