and in days past, the restaruant industry might have had a little reason, but not in today's Uber/Lyft world, it's too
easy for someone to get an affordable ride home, driving if you intend to drink is ridiculous.
And this is the thing I do have a case with Chaz. Good heck boy, you wanna party, grab an Uber. What kind of fool thinks they can cross by my count 8 police jurisdictions, the sherrif, and UHP (that's 10 different law enforcement agencies) at 75mph and not get caught? Oh right, he was DRUNK.
