Slowly lift restrictions on the amount of people that can gather in one spot at a time. Like 50 at first then eventually up to 500. I don't see gathers of more than 500 before a vaccination is distributed widely. Most hopeful predictions is near the end of the year beginning of next year. Say goodbye to any sports in front of a large crowd. It's not going to happen before a vaccine. That means football will need to adapt. Major theme parks will need to figure out how to adapt or go out of business.
Once the numbers dip testing will begin in earnest. If you want to function in society you better be ready to be tested on-site. Thankfully Abbott just announced a 15 minute test. This will allow for places of business to test employees as they enter the building.
Anyone found with a positive test will be isolated and context traced to figure how they got it.
