social distancing isn't effective in keeping the transmission rate at a low level?  I don't think we do.  So, we can certianly start to moderate and see what happens.  But by the end of this month, it doesn't really matter, IMO, because we will basically be past the whole thing.  When governors get around to lifting some restrictions, there will be little risk of the types of surges weve seen in a few hotspots around the world.
