My neighbor has a tiny 30 ounce paperweight dog who gets free and bites my
shoes while I’m working in the yard. Literally bites them with her gnat like teeth. Happens frequently. Neighbor is super apologetic. I really don’t care. The thing is so tiny it couldn’t hurt anyone but thinks it owns the place. It’s pretty funny.
I don’t get annoyed with dogs unless their owners are oblivious. I think your neighbors appreciate the gesture and offer.
