claim saying it was an experimental procedure. Went through multiple rounds of appeals and finally got it resolved. Paid a little over $1100 out of pocket. That was more than the original estimate but not going to complain about that when I had that huge boat anchor around my neck removed. I hate the power that the insurance companies hold over us.
