Posting prices is complicated because there are so many dependencies
Consumers will end up just as mad at the end of the day for many services. People’s lack of knowledge about how healthcare works is the bigger problem

Not entirely. Often times they will do a certain amount of selling at loss for goodwill, or loss leader benefits
