Your inspector is on the hook to notify *you* of a comprehensive list of items. A good inspector provides a thorough report so you are not surprised by things later.
At the same time, you are trying to close a deal with the seller and have to decide what is worth addressing with them. If you got major items taken care of it doesn't sound like you've been taken advantage of, and if the sellers didn't agree to everything that's often the case.
