Comments saying that we had a list of major items that did get repaired? What I’m frustrated about is that we couldn’t use a more comprehensive list, or even the whole inspection report, as leverage in negotiations just because it’s a courtesy to the seller so they don’t have to disclose. I’d rather the process be more transparent between buyer and seller
