exactly. MAJOR items. Little things are not a problem, and if the seller has a
good agent or is smart enough themselves, they won't allow that to negotiate the price down.
Also, homie is trash. Good luck getting thru their customer service if you need something quick. Lots of agents hate them because they're very difficult to work with.
