Lost 16 lbs when I got COVID and then gained 6 lbs back, net loss of 10 lbs

Lost 30, I was activated and basically spent 30 days on quarantine with my unit

I've always been careful, but I've somehow gained nearly 10 pounds.

Gained probably 5-10 lbs initially and then since July I've lost 42. So a net loss of about 35 lbs...ish
