I've always been careful, but I've somehow gained nearly 10 pounds.

And that's a lot for me. I've done IF for a couple of years and I've stuck with that, but I eat so much more now than I did a year ago. I have lunches that are absolutely enormous. I eat enough for three meals in one.
I need to get on top of it or I may balloon.

Gained probably 5-10 lbs initially and then since July I've lost 42. So a net loss of about 35 lbs...ish
