I had decided before the original stay at home order that I needed to make a change. The pandemic gave me to springboard to finally do it.
I went on a keto/low carb diet along with exercise. I lost about a pound per week consistently. I am down 30 lbs total and have been able to maintain now.
I think I have finally figured out what works best for me. I keep myself honest by weighing in each morning. If I start to gain a little weight then I adjust my intake.
