Bone-in is the only way I’ve ever tried it. I think it gives it more flavor.

Bone in gives a little bit stronger flavor, but you can't go wrong either way. Mostly preference.

I use a kabob stick to hold that sucker together. Works great.

I mostly buy the big Costco packs - which all come boneless.
