Why it was denied is beyond me. In my experience peer to peer have been congenial and almost apologetic. It is awful that they arise from denied care, result is delays, and throw a wrench into the normal flow

My suspicion is the doctor is requesting it because it was denied by the insurer

I like asking for peer-to-peer because often the drug is magically approved without actually doing the meeting.
