- to look up your history and review your chart sometimes reading from 10-50 pages of notes
- review or respond to labs
- calling other docs to discuss case
- calling insurance companies fighting for approval
- writing a note of everything seen abd discussed in clinic that can hold up in court
- answering unlimited phone call messages for the next year in between visits
- answering calls re: testing ordered or from nurses, home health, physical therapy

Oh and of the 250 bucks one pays some docs get like 20-40 bucks of it
