That's a fair way to look at it. There is also a certain amount of irony that we won the game on a defensive play
After all that went down, that was unexpected. They should be commended for how it came together.

we won because they ran a route a yard short. how people are happy with them scoring at will the 2nd half is beyond me

Scoring at will? You must have missed the punt we forced and when we forced them to turn it over on downs.

Nobody on here has said that we are happy that USC scored 17 points in the second half, but that's not scoring at
