Great academics in a large city (San Francisco / Boston) with lots of niche sports included and a strong football history from ages ago.

Actually, I'm curious how Harvard would rank in that analysis...but given the size of endowment, the number of Olympians, the history, and the market Size, I bet AltimoreCollins would rank them as a huge catch
