Can you imagine if UCLA couldn't move without Cal, so the B1G disinvites UCLA and then USC doesn't go without UCLA or someone else from the West (in reality it's more likely Oregon would go with USC, but let's presume that Oregon St and Wash St are successfully tied to their more successful counterparts and nobody else makes financial sense).
So the PAC12 dismantling ends up completely walked back, but everyone knows they not only wanted to leave, but actively tried to do so and had arrangements to go?
Like I said, not happening - UCLA didn't get this far without clearing it ahead of time. But it would be hilarious and absurd in a way that fits what realignment has become
