Can no longer invade the basement membrane and become invasive; thus colonoscopy has prevented an invasive cancer.
Your weirdly flippant and contrarian attitude confuses me. Colonoscopies have probably done more to reduce cancer mortality than any other screening test apart from Paps

Um, colonoscopy doesn't prevent cancer. The bowel prep and camera doesn't alter the genetics. An argument can be made
