as you can for lunch (I'd push for noon or 1pm), then go low carb (sometimes skip carbs altogether, but def not always), and then finish eating by like 7pm. It was rough for a couple of days, but after that it was fine. I dropped almost 40 lbs pretty quickly and felt great and still ate carbs, Sunday dinners with the in-laws, and dessert but I had some horrible eating habits like eating late and munching all day that this squashed so maybe I lost more than most. Just giving my digestive system a break at night made a huge difference for me.
Also, I'm no doctor so I don't know if this is the most healthy or recommended way, but it worked great for me.
