I definitely think he has some inside knowledge... but he also says things that expose what he doesn't know and that he doesn't always do his homework.

For example, this morning when the Colorado BOR agenda wasn't posted, he pointed that out. Then when someone indicated they believed an agenda to be a requirement, Flugaur responded that it may be a requirement "only for closed special session meetings". Which is completely inaccurate and betrays a fundamental misunderstanding of the board's requirements.

Which isn't a huge deal - none of us have the time/energy to pore over minutiae in their legal documents and know all the requirements off the top of our head. But when it's relevant and you have the internet at your fingertips, it took runningryan (and me separately) less than a minute to look up what the requirements actually are. So he's giving an incorrect answer (or making an excuse depending on your perspective) without taking the time to figure out the actual correct answer. Even though it's readily available and was not inherently detrimental (at least not at that point) to his claims of what would happen there.

It's a small thing for sure...but it is indicative that he sometimes shoots a bit from the hip instead of lining all his ducks up
